What is UnlockAI?
UnlockAI is a daily learning app that teaches you how to actually use AI — prompting, image and video generation, AI coding tools, and more — in five-minute lessons. It adapts to your starting level using a built-in skill assessment.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to use AI more effectively, whether you're a complete beginner, a working professional adapting to AI in your field, a student, or someone who just doesn't want to be left behind.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. The onboarding quiz figures out where you are, and lessons are written for absolute beginners through to advanced users. You'll never be lectured on something you already know.
Subscription
Is UnlockAI free?
The first few lessons are free. After that, a subscription unlocks the full library including applied courses, the AI Tools Crash Course, the Prompt Lab, daily challenges, and the news digest. Pricing and any free-trial details are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
How do I cancel?
Through your Apple ID: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → UnlockAI → Cancel. See the Support page for step-by-step instructions.
Can I get a refund?
Apple processes all payments and handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

What is the Prompt Lab?
A hands-on practice tool where you write prompts for real scenarios and get instant AI-powered feedback on what worked and what didn't. Submissions are sent to OpenAI for evaluation — see our Privacy Policy for details.
What's the daily digest?
A short, curated brief of the most important AI news of the day. We summarize so you stay informed in under two minutes.
Does it work offline?
Most lessons work offline once they've been downloaded. The Prompt Lab and daily digest require internet because they call live services.
What languages is UnlockAI available in?
English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, and Arabic.
Privacy
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't run ads, we don't use analytics or tracking SDKs, and we don't share or sell your data. Almost everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
What data leaves my phone?
Two things: (1) anonymized subscription transactions, handled by Apple and our subscription provider RevenueCat, and (2) prompts you choose to submit to the Prompt Lab, sent to OpenAI for evaluation. Nothing else.

iPhone and iPad running iOS 17.0 or later.
