Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not through UnlockAI directly:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find UnlockAI and tap Cancel Subscription.
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
If you reinstall UnlockAI or switch to a new device, open the App, go to Profile, scroll to the support section, and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, your subscription will restore automatically.
I was charged but my subscription isn't active
Try the Restore Purchases option above. If that doesn't work, email us at sahaj0091@gmail.com with the date of the purchase and the email associated with your Apple ID, and we'll help sort it out.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests must go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for the UnlockAI charge.
I lost my progress / streak
Progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstalled the App or switched devices without iCloud backup enabled, the local progress data may not transfer. Email us — we can usually help you re-establish a starting point that reflects your skill level.
Notifications aren't working
Check that notifications are allowed: Settings → Notifications → UnlockAI → Allow Notifications. Inside the App, also confirm that reminder notifications are enabled in Profile → Settings.
A lesson is broken or has a typo
Email us the lesson name and a screenshot if possible. We push content fixes regularly.
